Anelene Lipnica

Anelene Lipnica has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anelene began their career as a Human Resources Associate at South Star Drug, Inc. in 2005, where they processed timekeeping and payroll for employees. Anelene then moved to Allsec Technologies Manila in 2009, where they worked as a Human Resources Associate, processing timesheets. In 2011, they joined NorthgateArinso as a Junior Application Support Consultant, providing training and support on ResourceLink Modules. Anelene later took on roles as a Data Management Associate and Payroll Specialist - US SAP at NorthgateArinso, where they provided HR and payroll services to clients. In 2014, Anelene joined NGA Human Resources as a Senior Payroll Associate - US SAP and later became an SME/Team Lead for US Payroll. Anelene worked with the company until 2019. Anelene then pursued self-employment as a Homebased Entrepreneur before joining FVA Consultancy as a Homebased Admin Assistant for SMM in 2020. Anelene currently works as a Payroll Support Specialist (Homebased) at Melita Group.

Anelene Lipnica completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association in September 2013. Anelene also acquired multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including Excel: Introduction to VBA and Excel: Macros in Depth (365/2019) in May 2022, Data Curation Foundations in May 2021, Excel: Macros and VBA for Beginners in May 2021, Learning PowerPoint 2019 in May 2021, Interaction Design: Flow in April 2021, and Excel: Advanced Formulas and Functions in March 2021.
