Jordan Rinaldo has held various senior positions in the marketing field. From 2022 onwards, Jordan has been the Vice President of Marketing at Melita Group, a remote HR partner offering industry-leading HR services. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, Jordan served as the AVP of Marketing and Digital Strategy at People Corporation, a national company offering group benefits and retirement solutions. Before that, from 2018 to 2021, Jordan was the AVP of Marketing and Digital Strategy at Apri Insurance Services Inc., a provider of group benefits and insurance solutions. From 2018 to 2021, Jordan was also the Head of Marketing at JungoHR, Canada's first HR Hub with comprehensive HR services and technology. From 2016 to 2017, Jordan served as the Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing at SalesHub, a company specializing in sales and marketing strategies. Jordan's work experience also includes roles as Co-Founder at Wildfire Reach Inc., Sr. Manager of Marketing and eCommerce at BNA Smart Payment Systems Ltd., and Terminal Logistics Coordinator at KESM Transaction Solutions Inc. - LoyalMark.
Jordan Rinaldo completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government at St. Francis Xavier University from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, Jordan obtained a High School Diploma from Villanova College, covering the years 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Jordan obtained several certifications including the Sandler Immersion Sales Certification of Completion - Presidents Club from Sandler Training in September 2018. They also acquired certifications from HubSpot, including HubSpot Email Marketing Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, Inbound Certification, and Inbound Sales Certification. Furthermore, Jordan gained certifications in Salesforce such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certification, and Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certification.
