Noelene Barbara is an HR Executive at Melita Ltd. since December 2024, bringing experience from previous roles as Executive Officer at Kunsill Reġjonali Lvant from July 2023 to November 2024, and Correspondence Clerk at St. Julian’s Local Council from November 2020 to July 2023. Noelene possesses skills in time management, cross-team collaboration, customer service, and funding applications. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management at the Central Mediterranean Business School, Noelene also holds an Undergraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution, completed in April 2024.
