Lena Gaibinger

Director Brand Management Cofresco at Melitta Group

Lena Gaibinger has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Lena currently holds the position of Director Brand Management at Melitta Group, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Digital Marketing at the same company from August 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining Melitta Group, Lena worked at BAT, where they held various roles. As a Senior Brand Manager for glo, they contributed to the company's success from September 2017 to July 2020. Lena also worked as a Brand Manager for Lucky Strike, Consumer Research Manager, Research & Insights Executive, Strategic Marketing Planning Executive, and completed the Management Trainee program during their tenure at BAT.

Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Graduate at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in 2007.

Lena Gaibinger pursued their education at Munich Business School from 2004 to 2007. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business Administration. In 2006, Lena also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Cape Town, where they focused on Marketing/Marketing Management, General for a term.
