Martin Dratwa has a diverse work experience. Martin started working for arvato Financial Solutions in 2009 as an Assistant to the CEO, and later became an Account Manager for financial services. In 2012, they joined COFRESCO | Melitta Group as a Credit & Cash Manager, and eventually became the Team Leader for Credit, Cash & Financial Process Management. Since 2016, Martin has been working for Melitta as a Project Manager for Process Optimization, and currently holds the position of Head of Business Process Management.

Martin Dratwa attended Bielefeld University from 2003 to 2009, where they received a degree in Diplom Kaufmann in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Additionally, they briefly studied business administration at Universitat d'Alacant from 2005 to 2006.
