Tim Ehrich

Tim Ehrich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim began their career at Arvato Services as a Software Developer from 2005 to 2010. From there, they joined arvato UK as a Customer Solution Analyst, where they analyzed client requirements and created technical solutions from 2010 to 2012. Tim then moved to arvato UK & Ireland as a Software Solution Manager, managing the software portfolio and supporting sales and business development teams in 2012. In 2013, Tim joined POLARIXPARTNER GmbH as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant, working on IT-related projects in the manufacturing sector, specializing in sourcing and change management. In 2015, they joined e&Co. AG, initially as a Senior Consultant and later as a Managing Consultant, providing consulting services in various capacities. Tim'smost recent experience is with Melitta Group, where they served as the Head of ERP Transformation from 2019 to 2022 and currently holds the position of Director Business Applications & ERP Transformation.

Tim Ehrich obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in information systems from FHDW Paderborn in 2005-2008. Tim later pursued a Master of Science degree in IT-Management from the same institution in 2008-2011.
