Taz Rajabali is the founder and CEO of Melius Consulting and the founder of Cocktails by Taz. Currently working as a Career Coach & Mentor at The University of Manchester Middle East Centre, Taz has a diverse background in talent acquisition, HR leadership, and project management with companies like Philips, Talent2, and Kenexa. With a degree in Management Sciences from The University of Manchester and additional education from the European Bartending School, Taz brings a unique blend of skills to their various professional ventures.
