Marcos Vinicius Almeida Marchesi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marcos Vinicius started their career as an intern at CAPES, where they worked as a Research Assistant, conducting laboratory analysis and computational simulation of the environmental impact of phospogypsum use in landfills and performing statistical treatment of experimental data.

In 2013, they joined IEBT as an intern, gaining experience in management and innovation for results.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Mult Jr as an Advisor to the Presidency, providing guidance and support to the company's leadership.

In 2016, they started working at Méliuz, initially as an intern and later progressing through various roles. Marcos Vinicius worked as a Commercial Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst, gaining a strong foundation in business analysis. Marcos Vinicius then served as a Growth Coordinator, responsible for coordinating growth initiatives within the company. Marcos Vinicius later became the Head of Growth, leading the organization's growth strategy and initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Performance Director, contributing to further enhancing the company's performance.

In addition, they are also a shareholder (B3:CASH3) at Méliuz, strengthening their involvement and commitment to the company.

Marcos Vinicius Almeida Marchesi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais from 2010 to 2016. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut from 2015 to 2016.

Marcos Vinicius has obtained several certifications as well. In July 2017, they completed certifications in "Introduction to Software Product Management," "Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements," and "Software Processes and Agile Practices" from Coursera. In June 2017, they completed a certification in "Introduction to Spreadsheets and Models" from Coursera. Also, in June 2016, they obtained certifications in "Inbound Certification" from HubSpot and "Marketing de Conteúdo" from Rock Content.
