Renata Buldrini has a diverse work experience. Renata started their career in 2007 as an Assistant in Marketing/Estágio at COPASA, where they were responsible for developing content for the intranet and participating in promotional activities. Renata then moved on to Itaú Unibanco, starting as a Commercial Agent and later becoming an Assistant Manager and ultimately a Relationship Manager. In these roles, Renata managed client portfolios, identified business opportunities, and maintained personalized contact with clients. Since 2015, Renata has been working at Méliuz, first as a Customer Success Analyst, analyzing user behavior and developing actions to reduce the number of support tickets. Renata then took on roles as a Business Partnerships Manager, Business Development Key Account Manager, and currently as an E-commerce Coordinator. Renata Buldrini completed their Bachelor's degree in Publicidade (Advertising) at Uni-BH from 2006 to 2009. Later, in 2011, they pursued further education at Universidade FUMEC - Oficial, specializing in Gestão Estratégica de Negócios (Strategic Business Management) and earned a post-graduate degree in Economia e Gestão Empresarial (Economics and Business Management).
