Lynndell Melles has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2016, Lynndell founded MELLES PEOPLE, a high-end hospitality staffing agency. They were responsible for managing a wide range of staff like hostesses, promotions, salespeople, and more. Lynndell selected and trained the staff to ensure successful events.

In 2018, Lynndell became a partner at NEUT, a company that organized monthly Friday afternoon drinks and celebrations in Amsterdam. They focused on creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for young professionals.

Lynndell also served as the Public Relation Commissioner of the Luster Board for the Student Association Comitas in 2016-2017, organizing the III rd Luster event. They also worked as a Tutor at Hotelschool The Hague from 2016 to 2017.

In 2011, Lynndell joined fCN - Founders Carbon Network, initially as an Event Organizer and Event-Marketing Assistant. Later, they took on roles like Staff Arrangement, Human Resource Counsel, Trade Mission Assistant, and Jewel Awards organizer. They also worked as a Hostess and Waitress for fCN.

Other experiences include being the Quaestrix of the Introduction Board for A.I.S.A. Aphrodite, a traineeship at the Welcome Department of W Hong Kong, Sales Representative at external events for Hockey Republic, and Catering Coordinator & Waitress for Meatsaver Barbecue Company. Lynndell also served as the President of the Student association LVC from 2010 to 2013.

Lynndell Melles attended Comenius College from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a VWO degree. In 2014, they enrolled in Luzac College for a short period to pursue another VWO degree. From 2014 to 2018, Lynndell studied at Hotelschool The Hague, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in English, Level C1 from Converse International School of Languages in San Diego, California. Additionally, in 2014, Lynndell received a Spanish Course, Level B1 certification from Españolé International House Valencia.
