Molly L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Cope Notes® since March 2022, Molly is also the Vice Chair of Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship and a Board Member of Mello App. Previously, Molly co-founded Wander and held leadership roles in various organizations, including Head of People & Culture at cargo.one and mitte®, as well as Organizational Development & Workplace Lead at Blinkist. Molly's background includes a Master of Business Administration from Mannheim Business School, an International Residency at Emory University, and a Bachelor's Degree from New York University, along with academic experiences at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of London.
