H. Robert Marcus

Mr. Marcus serves as Member Emeritus of the Melmark, Inc. Board. He is the former Chairman of the Board of Melmark, Inc. and is a retired Commodity Futures trader.

Mr. Marcus lives in New York City with his wife, world-renowned artist, Audrey Flack. Mr. Marcus is the former vice-president of the Commodity Exchange in New York. He currently serves as an advisor to the securities industry.
