Kaitlyn Roth

Kaitlyn Roth has a diverse range of work experience. Kaitlyn is currently working at Melodi Health as the Vice President of Operations starting in September 2021. Previously, they worked at Anteris Technologies as a Senior Mechanical Engineer from February 2021 to August 2021.

Prior to that, Kaitlyn worked at Boston Scientific in various roles starting in September 2015. Kaitlyn served as a Senior Research and Development Engineer from March 2018 to January 2021, leading the technical team and providing commercial support for the WATCHMAN LAAC implant and delivery system. Kaitlyn also held the position of Research and Development Engineer II from September 2016 to March 2018 and Design Assurance Engineer I from September 2015 to September 2016.

Before joining Boston Scientific, they worked as a Development Engineer at Cook Medical from August 2014 to September 2015, focusing on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation and root cause analysis for Class III devices.

Additionally, Kaitlyn gained experience as a Quality Engineering Intern at Boston Scientific in 2013, where they successfully implemented lean projects that resulted in significant cost savings and improved manufacturing processes for medical devices.

Early in their career, they worked as a Paraprofessional at Shakopee Public Schools from July 2007 to March 2012. In this role, they supported special education elementary-aged students, provided math tutoring at the high school level, and occasionally supervised students in in-school suspension.

Kaitlyn Roth began their education in 2010 at the University of Iowa, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Kaitlyn completed their studies in 2014. In 2012, Kaitlyn also attended TU Dortmund for a brief period to further their knowledge in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Overall, Kaitlyn Roth has a solid educational background in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
