Melis Bilgili Baki

Melis Bilgili Baki is the Founder and CEO of Melo App, which, since its inception in July 2019, has introduced Turkey's first digital beauty assistant, providing on-demand beauty services and tele-consultations. Prior to founding Melo App, Melis served as an Area Retail Trainer at MAC Cosmetics from October 2012 to June 2018, overseeing personnel management and training for 44 staff across multiple cities, as well as scheduling for seven stores. Additionally, Melis began a career at MAC Cosmetics as a Part-Time Sales Representative, achieving top sales rankings multiple times from 2012 to 2014. Melis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hacettepe University and a degree from Gazi University.
