Pepe Sanchez is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as a Chef at St Anthony's Dining Room since June 2015, Pepe has committed to community service through culinary arts. Additional experience includes positions as an Assistant Cook at Melons Catering and Events, and as a Chef at 49 Square Catering, both starting in December 2013 and May 2013 respectively. Previous roles include Cook at Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Global Gourmet Catering, Disney, and The Waikiki EDITION. Pepe began culinary education at the California Culinary Academy, completing an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training in 2007.
