Dr. Aladdin Sallat

Dr. Aladdin Sallat currently serves as the Head of R&D for Sports & Recreational Components at Melos GmbH, a position held since February 2023, focusing on coloured rubber granules and polyurethane binders for sports and leisure surfaces. Previously, Dr. Sallat was the Deputy Head of R&D at Schill + Seilacher "Struktol" GmbH from May 2019 to February 2023, specializing in rubber and latex chemicals as well as release agents. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Associate at the Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden from July 2016 to March 2019. Dr. Sallat earned a PhD in Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden (2015-2018) and holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from the same institution (2010-2014), in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Aleppo University (2003-2007).
