Dotty Hage, PMP, CSM

Dotty Hage, PMP, CSM has extensive work experience in project management, energy services, and product development.

In 2003, Dotty worked as a Research Scientist for The Space Launch Corporation, where they were involved in a DARPA project to design and develop a low-cost launcher and reusable two-stage vehicle. Dotty'sresponsibilities included data acquisition and control systems integration, programming in LabView, and conducting test firings on small-scale hybrid rocket motors.

From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Project Manager and LabView programmer for Astrophysics Inc.

In 2006, they joined MelRok, LLC as a Consultant and played a vital role in developing the company's business model and their first energy management product. Dotty was responsible for project management, product development, business development, and research and development.

Dotty then joined Solidis LLC in 2006 as a Project Manager and Product Development Consultant. Dotty worked in this role until 2016, focusing on project management and product development.

From 2016 to 2020, Dotty worked as an Energy & Project Manager Consultant for Pomona College, where they provided expertise in energy and project management.

In 2020, they returned to MelRok, LLC as the Director of Energy Services, a position they currently hold.

Dotty Hage, PMP, CSM completed their education at the University of California, Riverside. Dotty first earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from 1995 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field, which they completed from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their academic achievements, Dotty holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and a Project Management Professional.
