MELROSE
Koji Maki is a seasoned technology manager currently at MELROSE since August 2025. Previously, Koji held various leadership positions at Esri Australia from February 2019 to August 2025, including ITS Operations Manager, Delivery Lead, and Regional Service Desk Manager. In these roles, Koji led IT service delivery for both business-as-usual (BAU) and digital transformation projects, overseeing the Systems Administrator and Service Desk teams in the APAC region. Responsibilities included process improvement identification, technology implementation, compliance with ISO 27001, performance reporting to senior management, and collaboration with other business units. Prior experience includes roles as a System Administrator and Business Support Analyst at Sunstate Hobie, as well as Store Manager and Operations Manager at AirLift Hovercraft. Koji earned a Bachelor of Business in International Business and a Bachelor of Business in Sports Management from Griffith University between February 2009 and December 2012.
