Natasha Hamilton-Foyn

Natasha Hamilton-Foyn is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and M&A transactions. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel (Central Functions) and Assistant Company Secretary at Melrose Plc since September 2018, Natasha has previously held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins, where Natasha specialized in M&A and general corporate matters, notably advising the independent committee of Vedanta Resources plc on its acquisition by Volcan Investments Ltd. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from University College London, earned with First Class honors, and completed the GDL, LPC, and LLB at the College of Law.
