Spencer Rubin

Spencer Rubin's work experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Melt Shop since 2011. Melt Shop started as a grilled cheese concept and has expanded to include a variety of food options. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at BCD from 2008 to 2011. BCD is a real estate and construction firm that specializes in developing restaurant and retail concepts.

Spencer Rubin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration/Restaurant Development from Cornell University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
