María Camila Eraso Rendón

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist from February 2016 to 2019 at a private practice and served as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
