Leonardo Roese is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development across multiple high-impact roles. At Arch, Leonardo served as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the end-to-end development of the Arch UI application and managing all aspects from design to CI/CD. Previously, at Biodock, Leonardo played a crucial role as a Founding Software Engineer, significantly reducing time-to-production for AI models through strategic features and redesigns. Additional experience includes key projects at Pluralsight, MGM Resorts International, and 3M, focusing on privacy solutions, guest services, and automation. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
