Charles Woodman

Charles Woodman has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple industries. Currently a Professional Driver at Melton Truck Lines since June 2021, Charles also operates JJ's Cafe as a Business Owner, overseeing all aspects of business development and team leadership in a seasonal restaurant. Prior experience includes serving as a Product and Project Manager/Program Manager/Scrum Master at Heartland Payment Systems from 2007 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed managing the software development lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams. Previously, Charles held multiple positions at Intel Corporation from 1996 to 2006, including Strategic Program Manager, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated by guiding large teams across divisions to meet complex objectives. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University.
