Brian Burnett

Brian Burnett is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in cloud sustainability, infrastructure management, and interdepartmental collaboration. Since February 2015, Brian has held various positions at Meltwater, progressing from Senior Software Engineer to Senior Principal Engineer/Sr Staff Engineer, where responsibilities have included driving engineering excellence, designing solutions for infrastructure as code, and managing high-performance teams. Prior to Meltwater, Brian worked at EarthLink Business as a Network Management System Engineer and as a Network Engineer in the Repair Division, enhancing workforce productivity through automation and troubleshooting complex network issues. Previous roles also include telecommunications analysis at Eastman Kodak and contract work at Frontier Communications. Brian holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
