Johanna Kivilahti

Johanna Kivilahti has extensive experience in client success management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Client Success at Meltwater since April 2015, overseeing the operations and P&L of the Finland Client Success Unit with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes. Johanna has a strong background in managing key accounts, leading teams, and enhancing client engagement, supported by roles that include Team Lead of Key Accounts, Team Leader, and Senior Account Manager. Prior to Meltwater, Johanna held customer service roles at Nordea, managing customer portfolios and leasing services, and started career as a Safety Assistant at SRV. Johanna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus in Human Resources from the University of Vaasa, complemented by exchange studies in Sports Management at Griffith University.
