Olivia Gates

Olivia Gates is an experienced professional in client experience and enablement, currently serving as Enablement Program Manager, Global at Meltwater since May 2019. Previously, Olivia held roles at Meltwater including Client Experience Manager for the APAC region and Senior Account Manager. Prior to Meltwater, Olivia worked at Shootsta as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager & Team Lead, and at WalkMe™ as a Customer Success Manager. Olivia’s early career includes positions at IRD Group, first as an Account Executive and later as Insights and Communications Manager. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Media and Communications with a focus on Journalism & Film Production from the University of Notre Dame.
