Charlie Holtz

Charlie Holtz is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering, research, and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Melty since July 2024, Charlie previously held positions as an Engineer at Replicate and a Quantitative Researcher at Point72, contributing to the Cognitive and Decision Sciences team. Earlier experience includes serving as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at ActionIQ and a Research Assistant at Brown University, focusing on computational vision at the Serre Lab. Additional roles include teaching architecture and design at The Wheeler School and participating in the Design Discovery program at Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Computational Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University.
