Nancy Matsumoto is an accomplished author and freelance contributor with extensive experience in food culture and writing. Currently, Matsumoto is the author of the forthcoming work "Reaping What Nancy Sows: How Women Are Rebuilding Our Broken Food System" at Melville House, and co-authored "Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake: Rice, Water" with Michael Tremblay for Tuttle Publishing. Contributions to notable publications include Air Canada enRoute magazine, where Matsumoto covered Canada's Best New Restaurants, as well as regular contributions to Civil Eats, NPR/The Salt, Food & Wine Magazine, and Edible Communities. In addition, Matsumoto's writing appeared in The Wall Street Journal. Matsumoto holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pomona College.
