Claudette Hart

Claudette Hart has a diverse work experience history. Claudette started their career as a Sales Associate at Target in 2010, where they were responsible for receiving and stacking merchandise, maintaining inventory, and working with a team to meet daily goals. In 2011, they joined the US Navy as an Active Duty Military personnel and served until 2015. After leaving the navy, Claudette worked as an Office Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2015 to 2016. Claudette then moved on to Fathead, where they worked as an In-bound Call Center Representative, handling customer orders, inquiries, and training employees. In 2017, Claudette joined Quicken Loans as an IT Admin Intern, where they recorded senior leader meeting minutes, organized an IT event, and tracked team manning levels. Claudette also worked as a Business Support Analyst at Quicken Loans, where they were responsible for various tasks related to IT support. Currently, Claudette is working as a Product Manager at Member Driven Technologies, a position they have held since 2018.

Claudette Hart earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Wayne State University, attending from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business at Medgar Evers College, CUNY from 2015 to 2016. Claudette also studied Business at Central Texas College from 2013 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Claudette obtained a certification in Google Project Management: Specialization from Coursera in January 2023.
