Samantha Bronsted

Samantha Bronsted has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Samantha began their career as a Receptionist at Cost Cutters in 2010 and later worked as a Waitress at Villa Capri until 2013. Samantha then joined Frei Chevrolet, initially as a Receptionist/Greeter before transitioning into a Cashier role handling customer payments and managing the preferred customer rewards program. In 2014, Samantha became a PC/Mac Technician at 906 Technologies, where they provided in-house technical support for small business and home users. Samantha performed tasks such as virus removal, data recovery, and hardware replacements. From 2015 to 2018, Samantha worked as an IT Support Technician at Unique IT PRO LLC, responsible for providing IT support and engineering for both internal corporate and external client-server systems. Samantha'sresponsibilities included server updates, user account configuration, data backup, and remote administration. In 2017, Samantha joined IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. as a Computer Support Specialist. Samantha provided technical support and troubleshooting to employees. Samantha's most recent role is at Member Driven Technologies, where they have held positions as a Technical Service Analyst and currently as a Technical Operations Support Analyst.

Samantha Bronsted completed their education at Northern Michigan University from 2010 to 2014. Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Business of Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2010, Samantha attended Superior Central High School, but no degree or field of study was specified for that period. In addition to their formal education, Samantha also obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in April 2023.
