Sandra Washburn has extensive work experience in project management and information technology. Sandra started their career at CU Processing in 1990 as a Project Manager and Vendor Relationship Manager. Their responsibilities included managing third-party interfaces and providing technical support. Sandra also developed and implemented training programs for these interfaces.
In 2002, Sandra joined CGI as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Vendor Relationship Manager. Sandra served as the Client Care Manager, leading a call center team and providing support for over 200 credit unions. Sandra implemented a call management tool and monitored client software inventory.
From 2006 to 2013, Sandra worked at Extra Credit Union as an Information Technology Manager. Sandra managed core system and network services, handled upgrades, help desk support, and implementation. Sandra also oversaw third-party interfaces and performed technology and application reviews.
In 2013, Sandra joined Member Driven Technologies as a Project Manager.
Sandra Washburn attended Macomb Community College from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained an Associates degree in General Business.
