Tony McCullough has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tony started their career at Best Buy in 2002, where they worked as an Operations Manager for three years before being promoted to Sales Manager. In 2006, Tony joined Bank of America as an Underwriter Assistant and then moved on to Polaris Home Funding in 2007, where they held the position of Closing Supervisor for seven years. In 2015, they joined Fifth Third Bank as a Closing Manager before transitioning to Member First Mortgage LLC in 2017. At Member First Mortgage, Tony initially worked as a Processing Manager, and later advanced to the role of AVP of Operations Eastern Division. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations, where they are responsible for directing and monitoring the Closing department and ensuring loan applications are processed in compliance with company policies and procedures. Tony has demonstrated strong leadership skills by developing subordinate skills, encouraging growth, and conducting appraisals and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Tony McCullough attended Northview High School from 1994 to 1997. After completing high school, they enrolled at Aquinas College in 1997 and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.
