Madelyn Houser

Madelyn Houser has worked in various roles since 2013. Madelyn began their career as a Sales Representative at Stew Hansen Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep, where they were responsible for direct customer relations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining updated knowledge of products and promotions. Madelyn also served as a Champion in the company, leading to a 33% sales growth over the last two year period. In 2018, they moved to Express Logistics, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, where they were responsible for direct customer relations, training, and identifying training opportunities. In 2020, they took on two roles; Escalations Representative- Fraud Lead at Wells Fargo, where they were responsible for researching and resolving credit disputes, conducting investigations, and leading the Fraud Team; and Social Media/ Influencer Partnerships at Socially Maddie, where they developed social media strategies, built and ran campaigns, and researched social media trends. Currently, they are a Marketing Content Manager at Member Marketplace, Inc., where they are the marketing lead creating, executing, and analyzing digital marketing objectives, managing social media channels, and utilizing online tools to create brand imagery and other promotional content.

Madelyn Houser is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Strayer University since 2016.
