James Yancey

James Yancey, MBA, currently serves as a Member Experience Representative at Member One Federal Credit Union since September 2023. Prior to this role, James was the Owner/Agent of Yancey Agency LLC with Farmers Insurance from October 2021 to September 2023. James gained valuable experience in the insurance industry through the Protege Program at Farmer’s Insurance from May 2021 to October 2021 and as a Customer Support Resolution Associate at Allstate from November 2019 to May 2021. Earlier work includes an internship at the National D-Day Museum from June 2018 to November 2019. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Mary Baldwin University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College, along with an Associate of Science degree from Virginia Western Community College.
