Cathy Beckstead has over two decades of experience in technical support, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Member Solutions Inc. since January 2002. Prior to this role, Cathy held a similar position at MartialSoft Inc. from January 2000 to January 2002. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts in Telecommunications from Moorpark College.
