Jennifer Cubbage

Jennifer Cubbage has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since January 2018, with a progressive career that includes roles such as AVP, Benefits Manager, and HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Jennifer held various leadership positions at The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. from June 2001 to October 2012, including General Manager and HR/Operations Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lebanon Valley College, graduated in 1996, and completed secondary education at Central Dauphin High School.
