Jennifer Herman

Jennifer Herman is an experienced legal operations professional currently serving as the Legal Operations Manager at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since February 2018. In this role, Jennifer oversees the legal department's operations, focusing on financial planning, process improvement, technology management, outside counsel management, and legal project and matter management. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various roles at UPMC Pinnacle from February 2009 to February 2018, including Legal Services Manager, Vendor and Legal Services Manager, and Practice Administrator & Contract Administrator. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
