Shanice Mariluz

Shanice Mariluz has extensive work experience in project management and portfolio management. Shanice currently holds the position of Vice President, Enterprise Portfolio Management at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, they were a Principal Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at the same company. Shanice also served as a Project Manager Apprentice and a Business Loan Portfolio Analyst at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. Before joining the credit union, Shanice worked at Commerce Bank/Harrisburg - Metro Bank as a Loan Data Integrity Quality Review Specialist & Exception Processor, where they performed quality assurance analysis of loan servicing portfolios. Shanice began their career at PHEAA as a Document Review Specialist.

Shanice Mariluz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University. Shanice also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Project Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to their higher education, Shanice completed their academics at Harrisburg High School. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Lean Six Sigma Sensei (LSSS) from Villanova University, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. Shanice has also acquired certifications in areas such as strategic planning, leadership, and agile methodologies.
