Ralph Hamann

Ralph Hamann has extensive experience in finance, HR, and leadership roles. Ralph started their career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young LLP in 1989. Later, they joined Advanstar Communications in 1999 as the Director of Financial Reporting. Since 2007, Ralph has been working at Members Cooperative Credit Union, where they held various roles, including VP Finance, HR, and CFO. Currently, they serve as the SVP, Chief Financial and People Officer, responsible for setting strategy, creating an empowering culture, and managing asset/liability and risk assessment/management.
