Curtis Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Curtis started their career in 1993 as a Technical Support Supervisor at Hewlett-Packard Singapore, where they focused on reviewing and analyzing customers' needs to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Curtis then transitioned to Geo Millenium System Pte. Ltd. in 2001, working as a Project Sales Engineer, promoting mobile computing and tracking systems.

In 2002, Curtis joined Copytron Office Product Pte. Ltd. as a Marketing Executive, responsible for marketing consumable products of office equipment to the worldwide market. Curtis then moved on to SurfGold Pte Ltd in 2003 as a Senior Program Manager, where they managed regional channel marketing and loyalty programs for corporate clients.

From 2006 to 2017, Curtis worked at Edenred Singapore as a Group Account Director, providing marketing consulting services to clients in CRM, loyalty programs, channel partners programs, and partner relationship management programs. Curtis'sresponsibilities include project managing CRM solution implementation, consulting with customers to drive adoption and solution foothold, and developing trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure their use of the Memberson solution aligns with their CRM strategy.

Curtis Lee has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1982, they attended The Chinese High School, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Curtis then pursued a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic from 1986 to 1990, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering.

Curtis also acquired an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in December 2017.

Finally, Curtis expanded their knowledge in digital marketing by completing certifications such as Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Digital Marketing from HubSpot. Furthermore, in July 2019, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
