Albana Duka

Albana Duka has held a number of positions in the finance and accounting sector. In 2021, they were appointed VP Accounting & Finance at Membersy. In 2020, they were Vice President of Finance at Bergen Logistics, where they managed a team of 15 employees, a $100M revenue budget, and $60-70M in assets, and implemented monthly and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs). From 2010 to 2020, they were Chief Financial Officer and Strategic Development at Société Générale, a global banking organization with 600 employees and $1B in assets. In this role, they provided strategic oversight of financial operations, developed and oversaw budget, and implemented internal control policies and regulatory projects.

Albana Duka is currently enrolled in an Executive Education - Advanced Business Analytics Program at The Wharton School, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Albana has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Mediterranean University of Albania and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Accounting and Finance from University of Tirana. Albana is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) Candidate from AICPA, obtained in 2021, and is in the process of obtaining a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA.
