Ross Lefstin

Ross Lefstin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ross'smost recent position was as a Technical Advisor at Alana since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Developer at Membit Inc. starting from March 2016.

Ross also served as a Senior Architect at TIBCO Software from January 2011 to December 2012, where they specialized in Android and iOS application development, specifically in the design and development of the Silver Mobile Client.

Before that, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at Kent Technology Group in 2010, focusing on the development of an Android application framework. In 2009, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at 82 Protons, where they designed and developed a Fitness Tracking System.

From 2005 to 2008, Ross was a Sr. Software Engineer at AmberPoint, Inc., and from 2003 to 2003, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at Seascape Communications Inc., where they worked on monitoring and control infrastructure.

Ross also served as a Systems Architect/Senior Engineer at Vizor Software Inc. in 2002, where they designed and developed the Vizor Enterprise Server. In 2000, Ross held the position of Director of Engineering at Provato, formerly Luna, where they worked on the design and development of the Provato eAgreements Server.

Lastly, from 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Luna Information Systems, leading the EJB Platform development team.

Ross Lefstin attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1982 to 1988. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Astrophysics. From 1982 to 1986, they also pursued a Bachelor of Astrophysics degree, specializing in the field of Astronomy and Astrophysics.
