Peixuan Jiang

Brenda Jiang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and consulting. Currently serving as the Japan Customer Service Team Lead at Membr since September 2021, Brenda previously held the position of Associate Consultant in the Professionals Division at Randstad Japan from April to September 2021, specializing in data science, engineering, pre-sales, and IT consulting across a range of clients from startups to large multinational consulting firms. Earlier in their career, Brenda worked at Samsung Electronics from February 2019 to March 2021, where the role involved providing tailored customer service and product demonstrations in multiple languages. Brenda earned an undergraduate degree in Psychological Studies from Temple University Japan, completing the program in December 2020.
