Nina Werner is the Head of People Growth & Operations at Membrain.com. Nina is also the Founder of Align the Dots, where Nina focuses on aligning personal development with organizational ambitions. In the past, Nina has served as the COO/Integrator at Mr. Green Trading Africa Kenya Ltd., Managing Director at Siyu Consulting, and as Interim Director of Operations at HERi Madagascar. Nina has a background in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich and a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and Technologies from EPFL.
