Michelle Obine

Michelle Obine has a diverse range of work experience. Michelle is currently the Head of Marketing at Membrane since 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Principal Cofounder of Snaggletooth, an oral care startup. Michelle also participated in the New Frontiers Entrepreneur Development Program Phase 2 at Enterprise Ireland from 2019 to 2020. Michelle previously held the position of Business Office Manager at Self Help Africa (USA) from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, Michelle worked as a General Dentist at Smiles Dental Ireland and as a Registered Nurse at Alliance Nurses Agency, Mount Sinai Health System, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, and Lower Keys Medical Center.

Michelle Obine has a diverse education history. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Miami in 1998. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Dental Science (DDS equivalent) from Trinity College Dublin, which they completed in 2005. Michelle furthered their dental education with a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin in 2007. Michelle later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Trinity College Dublin, which they completed in 2019. Michelle is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Boston University, with an expected completion in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Blockchain Management from ELVTR, Digital Marketing from Columbia Engineering, and Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Michelle is also a registered nurse, certified by the State of California, New York State Education Department, Bord Altranais, and the State of Florida.
