Nicole Manzello

Nicole Manzello has a diverse work experience in various roles. Nicole most recently served as the Head of Client Support at Membrane since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Voyager as the Customer Experience Training Lead from February 2021 to February 2023. Nicole also has experience as a Claims Adjuster at GEICO from January 2018 to March 2021 and at Allstate from October 2014 to January 2018. Nicole started their professional journey at Vera Bradley as a Sales Lead from August 2013 to November 2015, where they were responsible for recruiting and training new hires, assisting with floor design, and managing social media promotions.

Nicole Manzello obtained a Bachelor's degree in Child Study and Speech Pathology from St. Joseph's University New York, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
