Guilherme Mynssen

Guilherme Mynssen currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Memed, effective November 2023, and holds roles as an Angel Investor and Adviser at Zuca Salumeria since January 2023 and as an Angel Investor at Parnaioca since July 2021. Previously, Guilherme led Rappi as the Director of Restaurants BR and General Manager in Rio de Janeiro from September 2020 to March 2023. As a co-founder and CEO of ChefsClub from November 2011 to September 2020, Guilherme established a significant presence in the food service industry. Additional experience includes teaching roles at COPPEAD UFRJ and Centro Universitário Celso Lisboa, as well as advisory positions at Endeavor Brasil and ESPM Jr. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Université de Bordeaux (in progress), an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, and executive training at Harvard Medical School and Stanford University.
