Nicholas Nawrattel is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the field of software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Memiah Limited since January 2013, Nicholas has previously held positions including Lead Programmer at Xcite Digital from July 2011 to December 2012, Flash Designer at Gyro International for a brief period in 2011, and Lead Multimedia Developer at Bluhalo from December 2005 to March 2011. Earlier in their career, Nicholas worked as a Developer at Newview Communications Ltd from 2003 to December 2005. Throughout these roles, Nicholas has been primarily responsible for the development of bespoke C# / ASP.NET CMS-driven websites and Flash applications, contributing to all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Happiful is a company with heart. Good mental health and wellbeing are at the core of what we do. Happiful was founded in 2005 by two sisters, Emma and Aimi, whose main goal was to help individuals looking for local support for their mental health and wellbeing. So, Counselling Directory was born. In addition to Counselling Directory, we now operate a number of websites with the same drive behind them; connecting those in need of help, to a professional who can. This includes Hypnotherapy Directory, Life Coach Directory, Nutritionist Resource and Therapy Directory - a network of over 21,000 professionals. In 2017, Happiful Magazine was born to further challenge the stigma around mental health and promote wellbeing. Together, our monthly Happiful Magazine and online directories make up the Happiful family. The Happiful family is dedicated to sharing the stories, experiences and support available for the whole of our society and we will work continually to ensure we represent and speak to the broadest audience possible.
