Idan Rotem

Idan Rotem has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the research and development field. Idan'smost recent position was as the Head of System, R&D at Momentis Surgical™ since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Hardware, R&D at the same company from July 2021 to August 2022. Idan also held the position of Research and Development Group Lead from August 2019 to July 2021, and R&D Project Manager from October 2017 to August 2019, both at Momentis Surgical™.

Before joining Momentis Surgical™, Idan worked as the Delivery System Project Manager at Endospan Ltd. from July 2016 to September 2017. Idan also gained experience as a Senior Design Engineer, R&D at DALI Medical Devices Ltd. from July 2014 to July 2016.

Idan's early work experience includes a role as an R&D Engineer at Keter Plastic during the E-vision internship program, which they completed from October 2011 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as an R&D Engineer at IntoVision from November 2010 to October 2011, and at Arkit Studio from August 2009 to November 2010.

Throughout their career, Idan has proven their expertise in product design and development, project management, and team leadership.

Idan Rotem pursued their education at Tel Aviv University. In 2008, they enrolled in the university's Mechanical Engineering B.Sc. program. Idan specialized in the field of Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, completing their degree in 2011. Subsequently, in 2012, Idan pursued further education at Tel Aviv University by joining the MBA - Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship and Innovation program. The duration of this program was two years, with their studies concluding in 2014.
