Ricardo Gandia

Ricardo Gandia is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and firmware development, particularly within the printing technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Memjet Technology since March 2012, Ricardo specializes in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechatronic subsystems for printing solutions. Prior roles include Senior Firmware Engineer at Silverbrook Research, where responsibilities included production-level development of printer mechatronic firmware, and a consultant role at Motorola Corporate Research Arm focused on UltraWide Band radio solutions. Ricardo’s career began as a Technical Assistant at Fagor Automation S. Coop., progressing through various engineering positions after earning a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Wollongong and two Bachelor's degrees in Automation and Industrial Engineering and Electronic Design from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
